Pricing a private jet for charter is simple.
You pay an
hourly rate for the total time the private jet flies to complete
your trip. Other charges include taxes (domestic flights), U.S.
Customs/Immigration fees, landing fees, crew expenses, catering,
ground handling, and
other related charges. In short, you pay an hourly rate for
your private jet charter flight plus taxes, fees, and expenses.
The hourly rate is
the same whether one or more passengers occupy your private
jet. You pay for the hours you use. Sometimes, the
private charter jet will need to be flown in from another location
if a local airplane isn't available.
We'll ask you a few questions about your previous experience
renting a private jet.
In order to reserve your flight and properly select the right
private jet for you, we will ask you a number of questions.
Have you rented a private jet before? If your answer is yes,
we will ask you what type of private charter jet and which charter
company did you last use. These questions are important for us
to learn about your past experience renting a private jet. And
to make sure your experience with us meets your expectations.
Private jet charter estimate in round numbers.
Next we will provide you an estimate, in round numbers, for your
jet charter flight. If you accept the private jet charter
estimate, we will then provide you our charter services agreement
and a credit card form to use to reserve your flight. Your
private jet rental agreement needs only to be completed once.
It will be kept on file for future flights with us.
Exact private jet charter price quote.
We will calculate an exact jet charter price quote for your
charter flight. Once your flight
is completed, you will be billed for
actual expenses and fees. Payment may be with personal or
company check, or wire transfer.
Large private charter jets additional payment requirements.
For large private jets, you will be provided an estimate of the
total hours required for your flight. Once your private jet flight is
completed, you will be charged actual flight hours. Large
private charter jets will require a deposit of fifty-percent in
advance to reserve your flight. The balance is due before your
private jet trip begins.
